US shipping rates are currently a flat-rate of $5.95.
International shipping rates are currently a flat-rate of $12.95.These rates are subject to change.

Yes, we ship to Canada.

Yes, we ship to Australia.

We ship all packages using USPS, Global Post, FedEx, or DHL. The carrier used is determined by rates and if the customer has upgraded their shipping to expedited shipping for an additional $25.00.

Yes, there is the option to add a flat-rate $25.00 expedited shipping to your order.
Expedited US orders will be received the next business day.
Expedited International orders will be received in 6 to 10 business days. -
Yes, tracking is sent via email immediately when your order is shipped.
Your tracking number along with a link to view your tracking will also automatically post to your Heart & Body Naturals back office under Order History.

Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day if the correct address is provided at the time the order is placed.
If an order has an address that cannot be verified by our shipping software or if there is a question about the products placed on the order, the customer will be contacted via support ticket to ask for clarification on the address and/or products. -
Orders in the US take 2 to 5 days to arrive from the ship date.
International orders can take one week up to 6 weeks to arrive from the ship date.

For International orders, if your package is confiscated, lost, delayed, or destroyed you can file a claim by contacting support@hbnaturals.com.
This will create a support ticket.We will reply to your support ticket with a claim form that you will need to sign and return to us within 7 days of receiving the claim.
A claim form can be submitted 31 business days after a package has entered the destination country and not recieved by the customer.
Once the signed claim form is returned to us we can reship your order at no additional cost or we can cancel your account and refund your order less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
The company reserves the right to refuse international refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or reshipments will not be issued in the absence of a signed claim form.
To submit a claim for an order that has not been delivered you should create a support ticket by emailing support@hbnaturals.com. Please include your HBN order number and your best contact information.

Yes, if you contact support@hbnaturals.com within 2 hours of having the multiple orders shipped we can notify shipping to pull them and ship together.

No they are not.
We do not collect customs fees at checkout.
Most of our International customers find that they will not need to pay a customs fee upon receiving their package. However, some customers may have to pay customs fees when their order arrives.
